What personal information do we collect for what purpose?

We collect and process your personal data in order to enable the use of our services and to comply with our legal obligations and/or because you have made these available to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we process as well for what purpose:

Purpose: To be able to carry out the entire process of our services and to settle and maintain them after your departure (including any claims settlement), as well as to fulfill our legal obligations such as the payment of tourist tax.

Name and date of birth of all other guests

Purpose: being able to check the entitled persons to the rented property and to demonstrate the titleholders to use the issued fishingpass, calamity registration, as well as in case of any necessary damage settlement.

Since the information provided by guests may also affect third parties (co-travelers) or persons under the age of 16, you must be sure that the details of other guests (name and date of birth) are transferred with the permission of these persons or their legal guardians.

With the application of the SSL security software, the data entered by you at the time of booking or in the contact form will be sent encrypted to us. Thus they are not readable for third parties. Your data will never be disclosed to third parties, except to carry out our agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation.

How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data for as long as is necessary to provide, process and maintain our services to you, but in any case 7 years to meet the retention period for our legal obligations.

View, change or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to revoke your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by us. In all cases of course, unless this conflicts with our own legal obligations.

You also have the right of data portability. In other words, you may request us to send the personal information we have about you in a computer file to you or to another organization you have mentioned.
